An event pack will be posted on the site by the end of May. Players will be manually added into BCP based on the e-mail address they provide.

Media Policy:

• At this event we will be taking videos / pictures and posting to our website and social media. Players are welcome and encouraged to do the same.

Refund Policy:

• 10% ($12) processing fee for refunds on or before June 21, 2025

• 25% ($30) processing fee for refunds on or before July 5, 2025

• No refunds after July 6, 2025 (but you can still transfer tickets up to the event date)
