This is an example of the tables that will be seen at the Palm Springs Open!
Table 1: Each player gets 3 ruins, 1 forest, and 2 crates. Crates must be placed horizontally with one on top of the other.
Table 2: Each player gets 2 ruins, 1 rock wall, 1 crate and 1 forest.
Table 3: Each player gets 1 ruin, 2 rock walls, 2 forests.
Table 4: Each player gets 1 large ruins, 1 small ruin, 1 hill, 1 crate and 1 forest. The Large Ruin, Small Ruin and Hill may vary slightly from table to table.
Table 5: Each player gets 3 small ruins, 2 sets of 3 crates, and 1 forest. The crates must be placed as shown in the picture (stacked, horizontally). Additionally, crates in this set up may be placed within 4” of your own crates (i.e. you can place a set of two crates touching your other set of two crates).
Table 6: Each player gets 2 ruins, 2 rock walls and 1 forest base
There may be some additional tables at this event. As a general rule, each player should have 3 pieces of obscuring terrain. We generally do not treat forest bases as obscuring, instead relying on the rock walls and ruins. If you are unsure about your terrain pieces or their rules, please call a judge before the game begins.
